Estateur is built around preventing exactly that. Documents are grounded in each state's rules (execution formalities, mandatory clauses, prohibited language, statutory citations) rather than a generic national form, and every draft is checked against those rules before you see it.

The legal rules that constrain drafting are crafted by attorneys and grounded in each state's statutes, not invented by software. Illinois is our gold-standard rule set, authored in full, and we build toward that same depth for every state on an ongoing basis.
